Nature of the Site

This is a private reference website. It does not store official jail records, court records, warrants, mugshots, criminal-history files, or correctional records. It cannot confirm custody status, release a person, post bond, file a court document, change a record, or make an agency respond to a request.

The site points visitors toward public resources such as the Boulder County Listing and Booking Reports, the Sheriff's Records Request portal, Colorado Judicial Branch docket and records routes, CDOC offender search, federal and immigration locators, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law or court order.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, threaten, harass, shame, or intimidate another person.
• Do not use site content or linked search results for hiring, firing, housing, lending, insurance, tenant screening, or other eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting environment, or partner systems.
• Do not use automated scraping, bots, or bulk extraction against the site.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, tenant-screening reports, employment-screening reports, or consumer reports. Visitors agree not to use any information from this site, linked government pages, or partner tools for FCRA-covered purposes, including:

• Employment hiring, discipline, reassignment, promotion, or termination decisions.

• Creditworthiness, lending, insurance rates, or insurance eligibility.

Public Records and Colorado Law Context

Colorado public-record access may involve the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. § 24-72-201 et seq., and criminal justice records may involve the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, C.R.S. § 24-72-301 et seq. Those statutes govern public agencies and records custodians. They do not make this private website an official custodian, and they do not require this site to provide agency records.

Outside Links and Search Tools

The site links to jail reports, sheriff and court pages, corrections websites, legal resources, public portals, federal locators, notification tools, and outside search services. Those websites are controlled by their own operators. Boulder County Inmate Population is not responsible for their accuracy, privacy practices, fees, availability, or terms.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." No warranty is made that:

• Any custody, charge, court, facility, phone, fee, or records detail is accurate, complete, or current.
• The site or any linked website will be uninterrupted.
• The site will be free of errors, bugs, security gaps, or technical failures.
• Partner search tools will return complete, official, or current results.

Custody records, jail reports, court dockets, and public-record responses can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Boulder County, a sheriff's office, a court, a corrections department, or any other government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Boulder County Inmate Population and its operators are not liable for damages or losses arising from use of the site, inability to use the site, reliance on site content, reliance on linked websites, or use of third-party search tools.

Indemnification
